Round Rock July 4th Frontier Days Celebration

Friday, July 4

A parade, jalapeno pepper contest, children’s games, Sam Bass Shootout and fireworks are all part of the City of Round Rock’s July 4 Frontier Days Celebration. Independence Day festivities will begin at 7 p.m. with free watermelon at the Lakeview Pavilion. Next, a skydiver will fly into the festivities; then there is music from the Austin Symphonic Band with the fireworks display beginning after dark.

Cedar Park 4th of July Celebration

Austin Children's Theater - July 21 - 23
Austin Children's Theater is holding auditions for ages 13 - 18 for the Making it on Broadway camp. Direct from New York City and taught by Broadway veterans, Making it on Broadway offers intensive, professional instruction in acting, voice, song selection,
and audition techniques. Camp dates are July 21-23.   Austin Children's Theater is the
only location in Texas and only one of five in the nation to provide this unique theatrical opportunity.
 
Students who wish to audition must call and schedule an appointment 512-927- 6633. Must come with sheet music and be prepared to sing 15-32 bars of one up- beat song and one ballad. Songs from musicals are recommended but not required.
